Ingredients
1 handful (300 g) green beans
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
4 tbsp (80 g) lard or butter
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1/2 connection parsley
salt
Method
The beans are cleaned, washed and cut into small pieces, then boiled in salted water and was ground through a strainer. Flour, fry until golden color in the fat, sprinkle with paprika and add to the puree of beans. The resulting mash is boiled at low heat for several minutes.
