Risotto milanese (risotto Milanese but)

Ingredients
250 g rice
50 g butter
1 head kpomid onion
500 ml vegetable or meat broth
50 g feta cheese "Parmesan" or other solid feta cheese
50 g of mushrooms
5-6 tomatoes
salt
pepper

Method
Finely chopped onion fry in 20 g butter. The rice is washed, dried and added to the onions. Bapka is, they carried becomes transparent. Add the meat broth, seasoned with salt and pepper. Rice stew, dokato omekne but without razvaryava. Half feta cheese is pazbapkva with ostataka of the butter. Spread with butter suitable container and dusted with feta cheese. Chopped and stewed pechupki and saute tomatoes, sliced, placed in the container, pour the rice and gently ppitiska. The dish turns on a hot plate and serve with remaining grated feta cheese.

really was very tasty, but I sprinkled with cheese and finally :)

I do not use ready bouillon cube with what can be substituted in this recipe?

You can use real broth. Or hot water seasoned with vegeta or spices to taste.
