Ingredients
10-12 fresh mushrooms rizhiki
1 onion
1-2 tbsp sour cream
butter for frying (I would mix it with sunflower oil)
a little flour for rolling of Mushroom Men
pepper, salt
Method
Lightly fry the chopped onion in the butter. Washed and dried mushrooms roll in flour (less salt) and also put to fry. As golden brown, add the cream and cook until mushrooms soften.
