Ingredients
1-2 roasted eggplant
8-10 peppers
1-2 tomatoes
150-200 g feta cheese
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
1-2 cloves garlic
parsley
salt

Method
Cut the vegetables, add the mayonnaise, crumbled feta cheese, chopped garlic and parsley, salad add salt and stir nice.
