1 jar (800 g) roasted red peppers
900 g yoghurt
200 g mayonnaise
dill (dried or fresh)
2-3 cloves garlic
Whole jar of peppers cut into cubes for the salad. In a deep pot pour bucket and milk, add the mayonnaise, stirring with a mixer to obtain a homogeneous mixture in which adding the remaining ingredients - chopped peppers, pressed garlic and dill - optional add salt according to taste.
