Salad with mushrooms and parmesan

Ingredients
1 kg of fresh field mushrooms
1 lettuce
100 g ham
100 g parmesan
1 small onion
cress for decoration
salt
oil
vinegar
Method
Mushrooms are washed and dried, and then fry in a little olive oil, add the shredded ham, and cut into thin strips onion, salt and pepper to taste and fry. Washed lettuce distributed in flat plates and top distributed mixture of mushrooms and ham. In the pan of frying add a little olive oil and vinegar to taste and pour this dressing salad. Parmezanat cut into thin strips (can with potato peeler) and arrange on salad. At the top is decorated with a sprig of watercress.
