Salted buns with sesame

Ingredients
1 egg
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup sunflower oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp ammonia soda
1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup yogurt
600 g flour
# For the filling:
250 g feta cheese or cheese
pinch ground cumin
1 yolk
1 tsp sunflower oil
# spreads:
1 egg white
50 g sesame

Method
From egg fat , salt, baking soda - dissolved in vinegar, yogurt and flour kneaded dough, which is placed in a strong plastic bag, an oily light, which is tied well and place in hot (not boiling) water for 30 minutes. The dough becomes soft and easy to sharpen. It is divided in two, rolled to the cakes that are split 12-16 triangle, put stuffing in the general part and wound rolls. Spread with broken white and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in greased pan in a hot oven - 200 C - up to pinking. Become soft and brittle. Very well kept in a plastic bag. The dough is suitable for rolls with sweet stuffing.
