Ingredients
300 g Lebercase, fresh sausage or ham
50 g butter
1 tsp mustard
2 pickles
1 red pepper
500 g of bread
Method
Cut the bread into thin slices. Beat the butter with the mustard and it spreads slices of bread. Top place Lebercase, cut into thin pieces. Decorate sandwiches with slices of cucumbers and strips of pepper.
