250 g roots soup
1/2 cabbage sauerkraut
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (10 g) tomato paste
200 g sausage
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil

Method
Roots soup pour 6-7 cups cold water, boiled, and through a sieve, and then returned to the broth. Add the cabbage, cut into small pieces, and boil until soft. Then add the flour and tomato paste, fuzzy in a little cold water. Finally put to boil sausage, cut into rings. Soup taste or, if necessary, salt it. Boil for another 15-20 minutes, sprinkle with savory and remove from fire. Serve warm.
