Scented corn buns

Ingredients
200 ml carbonated water
200 ml yogurt
25 g yeast
pinch of baking soda
3 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 tsp dried basil or savory
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
200 g cornmeal
200 g wholemeal
250 g white flour
Method
Of these products is engaging medium hard elastic dough. Leave to rise for about an hour. Then the dough to form small buns, which are arranged in a buttered pan. Again to rise for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with sunflower oil and bake in preheated oven. After baking is smeared with butter.
