Cabbage cut into about 1h3 cm pieces and stew in a pot about 20 minutes on low heat with a pinch of salt and water until tender experience. rice is placed in 600 ml boiling water with the oil and salt medium strong stove until it boils. Then be reduced to the lowest level for 10-15 minutes. Or make stewed rice in your favorite recipe. During this time, the fish fillets are chopped or cut into small pieces. When the cabbage is ready fish fry in nonstick pan without oil for 2-3 minutes and add pepper. Cabbage is drained and added to fish. Mix. rice is served in the form of a well in a dish and pour in the middle part of the fish cabbage mixture.
