Soup of mushrooms - III type

Ingredients
250 g mushrooms
600 ml milk
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
50 g butter
piece of skin from salo
pepper
salt
Method
Make a light roux from the butter and flour, diluted with milk, and allowed to boil less. The objectives cleaned mushroom skin salo and pepper are boiled in 600 ml salted water for 5 minutes. Then filter the broth is added to the soup, mushrooms finely and also add to the soup. Soup before dosolyava be served, can be added piece butter.
