Ingredients
          2 handfuls of fresh nettle
          4-5 dock leaves (spinach, sorrel)
          50 ml sunflower oil
          3 scallions
          2 large potatoes
          1 tsp red pepper
          salt
          1 egg
          200 g yogurt
          1 tbsp flour
          3 sprigs of parsley and celery

          Method
              In fat and less water stew well washed and chopped onion and zelenishi. Add potatoes, cut into small cubes. Make hot water. Add red pepper and salt. If necessary, make more water and let simmer until the potatoes ready. Add chopped parsley and celery. Separately makes soup thickener of beaten egg, yogurt, flour and a little water. Soup thickenerta added to the soup and allow to boil.
