Spicy mashed peas

Ingredients
500 g fresh peas
2-3 sprigs of parsley
1 sprig of mint
1 green chili pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp butter

Method
Boil peas in a separate saucepan . When preparing mashed peas, it is made as soon as the peas be removed from the boiling water. If you stand outside the shell will shrivel, will harden and then even combine will not make a smooth paste. So as soon as I put it in the drain combine. Add a few leaves of parsley, mint and green chilli. Add the sugar, salt and spoon butter. Serve as a side dish.
