Spring soup

Ingredients
1 connection dock, sorrel, parsley and mint
3 green onions
garlic 1 sprig
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1/3 cup rice
one egg
1 tbsp of vinegar or yogurt
salt and pepper
6 cups hot water

Method
Clean and wash the onion, garlic, dock, sorrel, mint and parsley. Cut them into small pieces. Everything (except 1/2 of the parsley) with rice and the oil, pour hot water. After cooking a leaf vegetable and rice soup tampering with beaten egg in vinegar and sprinkle with the remaining parsley and pepper.
