Star chocolate cake with truffle

Ingredients
140 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
140 g butter
2 tsp instant coffee
50 g flour with bulking
50 g flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
140 g brown raw sugar
140 g lighter raw sugar
1 and 1/5 tbsp cocoa powder
2 eggs
3 tbsp sour cream
# For stars:
100 g white chocolate
25 g dark chocolate
5-6 prepared small chocolate truffles
# For the white chocolate filling:
100 ml cream
50 g white chocolate finely crushed
# For dark chocolate:
100 ml cream
2 tsp brown unrefined sugar
50 g dark chocolate finely crushed

Method
Best cake and stars be prepared one day in advance. Heat the oven to 160 C. Deep form cake tin with butter. The butter (cut into pieces) and chocolate cake is placed in a pot. Add coffee dissolved in 50 ml water. All warm over low heat to melt the ingredients. While the chocolate melts, mixing the two types of flour with baking soda, the two types of sugar and cocoa in the sugar should not go lumpy. Beat the eggs and mix with sour cream. This mixture melted chocolate and pour in the flour and stir well - should get thin dough. Moves in the shape and bake for about an hour and a half or until the surface of the cake is firm. Allow to cool in the form - it is important to not remove too early because it can crack. The sides of the cake should be very carefully peel off the sides of the vessel and transferred to the grid to cool completely. The stars are made as shallow tray covered with baking paper. Both types of chocolate are melted separately. White chocolate is poured on the paper and spread a thin layer. On it are made with dark chocolate features in different directions, can be used spoon with which chocolate is spill as thin strips. Tray must be kept in a cool (but not in the refrigerator) until the chocolate mixture tightening, without getting too hard. With a pastry cutter to cut stars - at least 6 pieces.
