Ingredients
1/3 cup sunflower oil
6 onions
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp tomato paste
250 g pitted olives
2 tbsp parsley
2 cup hot water or broth
1/2 tsp salt

Method
Onion stew with salt in the oil. Add the flour and when fried put paprika and tomato paste. Add hot water and olives and allow to simmer until ready. Finally add pepper and parsley.
