Stuffed lettuce

Ingredients
800 g yogurt
cottage cheese
100 g grated feta cheese
1 bunch spring onions
3-4 cloves garlic
1 cucumber
salt, pepper
dill
green salad 1
2 tomatoes
4-5 olives pitted
Method
Drain yogurt and mix with the cottage cheese and the feta cheese. Onions and garlic are finely chopped, cucumber and in large pieces. Mix with salt, pepper and chopped dill. The heart of the lettuce is cut into thin strips and added to the dairy cream. Leaves of salad are separated and each expands slightly outward. At their core Pour a few tablespoons of milk cream. Garnish with tomatoes, olives and fennel.
