Sweet cake

Ingredients
125 g butter
4 eggs
3/4 cup (150 g) sugar
20 g yeast
2 cup (400 ml) milk
3 cups (600 g) flour
2 vanilla powder
50 g raisins
1 lemon
1 pinch salt
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
The butter mix with sugar. Add egg yolks, yeast, pre fuzzy bit of lukewarm water and matured, milk, salt, vanilla, grated lemon rind and flour. The resulting dough is stirred with a wooden spoon, gradually add the raisins. Finally added egg whites broken down into snow. The mixture was again stirred gently and pour into a greased baking dish with butter. Bake in a moderate oven. Baked bread, still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar flavored with vanilla other.
