Thracian dolmas

Ingredients
1 box bathed peel (700 g, 5 pieces)
500 g minced meat
2 scallions or leeks
2 tomatoes
2/3 cup fat
1 egg
pepper
pepper
savory
salt
Method
Chop and stew in 3/4 of the oil and 1 tbsp water. Was added and the minced meat stew while evaporating the majority of the liquid. Add chopped tomatoes, red and black pepper, savory and salt to taste. Thaw pastry cut into 6-8 pieces. Part of the filling is placed on each piece of sheet and rolled up or dolmas, which are arranged in an oiled tray. Spread top with beaten egg. Bake at 150-180 C until browned. When removing sprinkle with water and cover with a lid or cloth to stew.
