Tomato soup

Ingredients
500 g tomatoes
60 g butter
piece of skin from salo
1 carrot
1 onion
2-3 sprigs celery
600 ml broth
1 tbsp (10 g) starch
1 tsp (5 g) sugar
150 g cream
white pepper
salt
Method
In half of the butter fry slaninenata skin, add carrots and celery, diced, chopped onion, fry, add the chopped tomatoes and fry well. Pour the broth and boil for half an hour on low heat. Soup blending, vazvaryava, add cream, whipped with starch, and boil for 3 minutes. Add salt, seasoned, sweetened, the soup in plates and each plate is placed a piece of butter.
