Wedding wheat

Ingredients
500 g of wheat (Hulled)
8 g salt
1 liter milk
100 ml sunflower oil
50 g flour
2 ml lemon flavoring
sprinkling sugar (to taste)

Method
Wheat is washed in several waters. Put it on the stove in a large pot - as 1 part grain and 5 parts water. Boil on low heat. Well ogruhanoto wheat is cooked faster (about two hours). Boiled wheat add salt and continue to boil. In another saucepan heat the oil (maybe with unsalted lard) and lightly fry the flour. Moves from the fire and stirring constantly milk. Once the sauce boil milk is added at the boiling corn. Add and lemon flavor (vanilla can 2). Wheat is ready when everything boils again. Served so that everyone to sprinkle corn sugar, because sugar added in wheat, spoil its texture (ovodnyava it).
