Zucchini with vegetables

Ingredients
3 zucchini
1 bunch carrots
1/3 bunch of dill
3 onions
250 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
Method
Courgettes are washed well and cut a cross in the middle. Each half was cut in half lengthwise. The generated quarters carving inside, so to imitate boat. Carved out of the chop onion. Scrape the carrots well and grind in large pieces grater. Onions are peeled, washed and cut into small pieces. Take a pan with a lid, which is filled with approximately 100 ml sunflower oil and 3 tbsp water. Add 1 tsp salt and put vegetables. Stew under a lid for about 15 minutes. Finally, add dill, chopped very finely. Pumpkin boats filled with steamed vegetables. Stuffing is well to distribute evenly. Take a baking pan, where it is ranked filled zucchini. Pour 150 ml sunflower oil and 1 cup water. Bake at 200 C 40-50 minutes.
