Ingredients
600 g lamb or veal
2 onions
2 tbsp sunflower oil
60 g butter
400 g yogurt
3 eggs
3 tbsp flour
juice of 1/2 lemon
salt
Method
The meat is boned, trimmed of skins and tendons, washed and cut into pieces the size of a walnut. Fry in mixed sunflower oil and butter until browned. Add the chopped onion and continue frying until soft. Bake the flour in a dry frying pan to be beige. Yogurt mix with the eggs, add the toasted flour and lemon juice. The mixture is gradually added to the meat, stirring constantly. Pour into pan and bake in preheated oven until ready.
