Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
70 g pitted olives
250 g feta cheese feta
2 eggs
2-3 sprigs of dill
1 egg yolk

Method
The feta cheese and olives Strain or digest. Add the chopped dill and beaten eggs. The dough is divided in 2 leaves. Flour to the surface, put one sheet on top, the filling is spread evenly and cover with another sheet. Cut into strips with a width of 1.5 cm are folded. Put them in a baking dish with oil fsunflower or baking paper, smeared with yolk and baked at 160-170 C until ready.
