Ingredients
750 g pork, lamb or veal
4-5 heads (250 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) fat
3-4 (250 g) potatoes
10 garlic cloves
1/2 cup (100 ml) wine
1 sprig savory
1 bay leaf
10 peppercorns
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
5 chili peppers
salt
1-2 tbsp flour

Method
Meat cleaned from the bones, cut cubes and fry in fat. In the same oil after removing the meat stew until golden coloring chopped onion, then - flour. Add red pepper and return the meat. Pour over a little broth or hot water, add salt and leave to simmer. When meat is almost ready, add sliced ​​potatoes and garlic, spices, chili peppers objectives and wine. The dish is boiled until the fat remains.
