Lobster with cream

Ingredients
boiled lobster meat 1
120 g mushrooms
150 g cream
1/4 cup (50 ml) brandy
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
60 g butter
lemon juice
pepper
salt
Method
The butter is melted in a large pan, add the chopped lobster meat, pepper, lemon juice and salt and fry. Once the sauce choke, add the brandy, waiting to warm and ignited with a match. When the flame goes out, place slices of mushrooms and wine and stir 2-3 minutes. Finally add the cream. The mixture stew for another 5 minutes on low heat and serve immediately.
