Spinach soup with potato Galoushko

Ingredients
500 g spinach
1 bunch spring onions
3-4 potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1 egg
flour
# For soup thickener:
1 egg
1/2 cup yogurt
Method
Spinach stew in 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil with onions. Once the spinach is tender, add salt and sipvamv 7-8 cup water. Let the soup boil. Cook potatoes, pressing, salting and confused with the egg, the butter and flour mixture until thick. Grebva with tablespoon and put into the soup if Braising Galoushko adding more flour. Once emerge soup is ready. To thicken. Optional soup can be sprinkled with cooked and then chopped eggs.
