Ingredients
# For the filling:
600 g dock
300 g feta cheese of your choice
2 eggs
1 cup yoghurt
salt and mint to taste
# For the dough:
1 and 1/2 cup flour
100 g butter
1 yolk
1/2 cup cold water
pinch of salt
Method
On products knead dough, which rests 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Dock is poured and cut into small pieces. Mix with the feta cheese, eggs, yoghurt and spices. Chilled dough is spread in a baking dish, as be affixed and walls. Cover with stuffing and bake 45 minutes at 180-190 C. Serve warm or cold.
