Cookies with Jam

Ingredients
280-300 g flour
250 g butter
50 g of powdered sugar
3 yolks
# To decorate:
3 egg whites
2-3 with. L. Granulated sugar
4-5 with. l. jam (marmalade, jam) of your choice

Method
Whites and granulated sugar is broken down into thick snow. Flour mix crumbs with chopped butter. Lightly beat egg yolks with the powdered sugar and the two mixtures are combined, stirring with a spoon. Finally, a hand forming the dough into a ball. Leave it in a covered container for about 1 hour in the cold (in the refrigerator). Roll out the dough on a lightly floured countertop sheet thickness 3-4 mm. With a glass cut rounds that are placed into an oiled pan. In the end they sprayed crown of the egg white mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C until golden. Once cool, in the middle of them put a bit of jam.
