Ingredients
500 g veal without bones
150 g peas
2 carrots
1 onion
500 g potatoes
flour
lemon peel
1/2 tbsp finely chopped herbs
pepper
stock
salt
Method
Cleaned veal cut into cubes, add salt, sprinkle with black pepper, flour and place in a saucepan together with aromatic herbs. Add peas and chopped carrots and onions, cover with sliced thinly sliced potatoes, pour broth so that the products are covered only half and bake in low oven for about an hour and 15 minutes.
