Kazanlak donuts

Ingredients
2 eggs
370 g yogurt
370 ml milk
20 g yeast
1 hour. L. Sodium bicarbonate
pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp sugar
2-3 vanilla
600 g flour
sunflower oil for frying

Method
From the products we make dough (like cake). Soda Stir in yogurt, gradually add all products. Put dough in shtprits for donuts. Fry in a small vessel with more fat. Ready donuts optional sprinkle with powdered sugar or syrup.
