Roasted lamb leg in flour paste

Ingredients
1 leg of lamb
1 cup flour
3 tbsp paprika
50-60 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp pepper
salt
Method
From 2 sides of the leg make minor cuts with a knife in 2-3 places and then salted. The remaining products are mixed with water to form a slurry with a density of the pancake mixture. Leg is smeared well with the mess from all sides (best hands). Leave it for about an hour in the refrigerator to absorb better than spices and then put in a greased with sunflower oil pan. Pour 2 fingers of water (optional and glass of white wine), cover with foil and bake at 200 degrees about 130 minutes, or until ready. Takes fthe oil and bake until brown crust.
