Zucchini with carrots and rice in sauce

Ingredients
3-4 zucchini
2 cloves garlic
carrot 1
3 tbsp rice
1 tomato
1 tbsp vegeta
dill
2 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
1 tbsp flour
1 . tbsp vinegar

Method
In a pan heat the oil and add the rice and carrots. When the rice is transparent pour 1/2 cup water. Once boiling add chopped into small cubes and zucchini 1/2 cup more water. Once the boil - chopped and peeled tomato and garlic. Allow to boil for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. In a bowl put the flour, vinegar and vegetata. Dilute with water so as to make slurries which are added to the meal and stirred. Kotlonat off, sprinkle with chopped dill and Cover with a lid to absorb the flavor of anise. After 10 minutes served.
