Chicken livers Italian in halogen oven

Ingredients
700-800 g chicken livers
2 onions
2-3 clove garlic (optional)
2 tomatoes - 200 g (1 cup tomato juice or canned)
100 g processed cheese (3 triangles)
150-200 g cheese
salt, pepper and savory taste

Method
Wash nice livers - I do it the day before and soaking them in cold water which change 2-3 times to remove their blood - and leave in a colander to drain the water. Dry them and fry them on each side 3-4 minutes, not confuse them. Once fry them out and put in the same oil to fry the chopped onion until soft, return livers and add finely chopped or crushed garlic and season with spices and salt (be careful with the salt because then the feta cheese and the cheese is savory). Stir gently fry 2-3 minutes to remove from fire. Transferred into suitable for halogen oven pan (aluminum) and sprinkle the top with chopped tomatoes. Shred processed cheese into small pieces and here and there it arrange on livers (can replace with mozzarella) and finally sprinkle with grated cheese. Put the pan on the bottom and drop BBQ oven for 15 minutes at 200C or until browned cheese (different cheeses baked for various times). Remove and serve. * The dish can be prepared in the same way and in a conventional oven.
