Ingredients
1 kg pork
2-3 carrots
1 cup tomatoes
1 head celery
1-2 bay leaves
2-3 allspice berries
50 ml sunflower oil
4-5 cloves garlic
1 cup wine
3-4 peeled roasted peppers
2-3 onions
parsley
salt

Method
In fat stew meat, cut into pieces with a little salt. Then add the onions, carrots wheels and head cut celery. Pour the tomatoes and boil for 15-20 minutes. Then put the chopped peppers, garlic cloves, spices and wine and pour into pot or glass pan. Stew in an oven for 1 hour. Sprinkle generously with parsley. Serve with steamed rice or mashed potatoes.

recipe sounds great, I think it a try. Does it matter whether the wine is red or white?
I've done with white and red wine. With white becomes better (at least to me).
