Ingredients
chops about 1.5 kg pork chops
salt
pepper
mustard
2 onions
4-5 pickles
150 g mushrooms
3-4 peppers (maybe marinated)
1/2 cup white wine
50 g butter
cheese 150 g

Method
Crushed chops sprinkled with pepper and salt. On top of the knife is taken mustard and coated steaks. On them lining sliced ​​- onions, pickles, mushrooms, peppers. Top is sprayed with wine (can so stay a few hours to take better different flavors). On each portion is placed in 1/2 tsp butter and a slice of cheese. Steaks are wrapped in foil, lining up in the pan, sprinkle with a little water and bake 40 minutes at 250 C.
