Ingredients
500 g flour
21 g fresh yeast (7 g dry yeast)
200 ml milk
1 egg white and 1
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Yeast is crushed, triturated with a small slightly warmed milk mixed with 1-2 tbsp flour thin slurries and allowed to rise.
