Chicken almost Belgian

Ingredients
200 g Smoked Boneless (bacon)
350-400 g chicken fillet
150 g mushrooms
200 g pickles
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
100 g flour
1 tsp salt
sunflower oil for frying
# For mashed potatoes:
2 kg potatoes
1 egg
40-50 ml milk
50 g butter or margarine
2 CAF. lie to. salt

Method
Peel the potatoes, cut them into four, put them in a saucepan with water over them and cook them until completely soft. Once they have finished them strain (if you have no milk can keep a little of the broth obtained by boiling vegetables), while they are still hot mash them, add a raw egg and stir vigorously to not cross the egg. Add the milk, the butter and the salt. Cut into strips pickles, mushrooms and garlic slices, and all other products of cubes. Saute garlic and onion in hot oil, then and chicken. When the chicken is ready add the smoked meat, mushrooms and pickles one by one in this order. Immediately after the cucumbers sent down for all products previously prepared sauce * * flour diluted with 3 cups water and salt. * Wait * to the sauce thickens and dumped everything on mashed potatoes, which we previously distributed evenly in the pan. * If you leave the dish to cool * * absorbs the sauce and puree tightens and can shape a piece of salt cake. * Before consumption may put some cheese on each portion and warm it in the microwave. * It is suitable for consumption and ketchup.

Mojto chicken is almost, almost Belgian. The sauce, which I poured was cream, water and flour (I used less than the quantity indicated in the recipe). Zapekoh short - for the formation of delicious crust. All liked the dish. Thanks, mis_val, for the recipe.

Very nice recipe, but bake you ?!

MariaPetkova, not brown, I wrote at the bottom that can be warmed in the microwave with the addition of cheese. I almost always leave it to cool first to be able to tighten the puree and then easily go to pieces like a cake. Furthermore, in addition to nice with ketchup or Cheese, with whatever love and my husband eats it with both;)

Last night it was our dinner. And I like Elti did almost Belgian. It turned out that I did not doogledala products in the recipe and I forget smoked meat, but without it was very tasty. Furthermore, the sauce did instead of flour with cream and zapekoh briefly. Your recipe is very successful, Valya!
