Meat stew with peas

Ingredients
500 g beef (chicken or pork) meat
1/3 cup melted fat (lard, sunflower oil)
1 and 1/2 jar (800 g) sterilized peas
50 g butter
1 onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
5 tomatoes (1/2 sterilized jar tomatoes)
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
1 bunch dill
1/2 bunch parsley
1 head of garlic
vinegar, salt

Method
Cut the meat into slices and portioned stew with finely chopped onion in melted fat and a little broth or water. When the onions have softened, add red pepper, diluted tomato paste, salt and hot water or broth, enough to cover the meat. Vessel was capped with a lid and the meat is boiled until almost then thereto was added sterilized peas and later peeled and diced red tomatoes. The meal continues to boil in medium heat until completely soft meat and peas. Add flour, broken in a little water, again boil 5-10 minutes. Add finely chopped dill and parsley, and finally - the butter. Serve with crushed garlic and vinegar or optional yogurt.
