Method
Liver is cut and fry until ready. The remaining products were mixed and pour hot cancer.

I did prepare almost the same way. The difference is that the pieces gras salt and dunk them in flour before frying them. Using old garlic or half a chapter a matter of taste. While fried liver, pressed garlic in a bowl, add to it 50 ml. water and 50 ml. vinegar and mix. When fried liver, immediately in the same oil spill liquid garlic, vinegar and water. Boil for a second and inundate the liver. Thus becomes very tasty! Quantities of products which I have described are, for one kilogram. liver!
