Thai sweet pickle whole heads of garlic

Ingredients
10 heads of garlic
2 cup Vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp salt
Thai sweet pickle whole heads of garlic

Method
Garlic ranks in jar marinade is boiled, cooled and poured on top. Closes, becomes ready after 30 days.

Glad meeting recipe interest :). Many go with fish; I use and marinade for watering Asian style dishes and soups. In a nutshell - easy, fast, and everything comes into play. :)
