Ingredients
500 g pickles
1 kg yogurt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp chopped walnuts
dried dill
salt

Method
Yogurt is poured on two layers of gauze and drained for 5-6 hours. Pickles are finely chopped. Add to milk expressed with crushed dried dill, crushed garlic, the oil and a little salt. The mixture is stirred and poured into small bowls or salad bowl. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Can be decorated with olive or parsley sprigs.
