Moroccan salad

Ingredients
5 peeled roasted peppers
2 roasted tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
parsley
lemon
3 tbsp olive oil
salt
1 tsp cumin
Method
Tomatoes and peppers are roasted and peeled. Cut with the garlic. Pour in the olive oil. Add cumin and salt and optional lemon to taste.

Until now I have not put cumin dish with vegetables, but samples may be nice.

My mother did buttercup (so she said in Pleven), but without the cumin. Much I love her.

cumin gives a special flavor to the salad.
