Jellied milk with pineapple

Ingredients
8 g gelatin
80 g almonds
400 g yogurt
80 g sugar
300 g canned pineapple
zest of 1 lemon
Method
Gelatin pour a little cold water to swell , then dissolved in a water bath. Almonds are broken. Yogurt mix with sugar, pineapple cut into small cubes. Mix everything well. The mixture was poured into cups and allowed to stand in a refrigerator for 3 hours.

Thank you! Olga, you can use fresh or stewed fruit.

Pineapple is one of the few products that does not undergo gelation. I wonder cream or jelly you become watery. Never risk to jell with pineapple.

Surely enough to cope with gelatin :)

pineapple subject to gelling, but must drain strainer over about 30 minutes!
