Wrapped chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken
300 g mushrooms
6 onions
salt, pepper
70 g butter
1 yolk
# For the dough:
1 egg
flour as necessary

Method
Add salt and chicken leave to stand for about an hour. Coarsely chopped onion and chopped mushrooms fried. Add salt and pepper. Fill with chicken mixture and sutured. Knead dough from an egg, 200 ml water, a pinch of salt and flour as necessary and rolled a thick crust. Smeared with butter. Folded like an envelope again rolled. Again, is coated with butter. Again fold. Roll out. This was repeated seven times. Finally rolled thick crust. Smeared with more butter. The chicken was also smeared with butter and placed in the middle of the tray. Wind up with it fastens well everywhere and smeared with yolk. Place in a greased baking dish with butter, pour a little water and bake in a moderate oven for about an hour and a half.

It is this dough puff, of which BG says butertesto. Well, a little faster is making, but the principle is the same. Rules him? Probably chicken melts in your mouth. I like your idea!

Do it like puff pastry, it is very tasty!
