Ingredients
3 chops
50 g ham
3 pickles,
1 handful sterilized mushrooms
1 onion
1 cup red wine
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp savory
Method
Onions fry. Pickles cut into strips and add to the onions soften. Mushrooms cut into pieces and put in the onions and pickles. Ham cut into julienne and all products fry a few minutes on high heat. Pour red wine. Once vaporized, place the flour and paprika. Diluted with a little water so as not to burn the pepper. Season with salt, herbs and tomato paste and boil until it thickens slightly. Steaks are crushed, salted and sprinkled with a little sunflower oil. Baked on BBQ, put at vegetables and sauté a few minutes.
