Ingredients
60 g butter
100 g sugar
1 egg
80 g flour
60 ml milk
1/2 h. L. Baking powder
1 hour. L. Vanilla
100 g grated apples
100 g of pomegranate grains
1 tbsp breadcrumbs

Method
Soft butter mix with sugar. Add the egg and vanilla and mix well. Sift the flour with the baking powder. Parts alternately to egg mixture add flour and milk. The mixture should be smooth. Grated apples mixed with breadcrumbs. Add to the mix, along with seeds of pomegranate. Mix everything well. Bake at 180 C 18-20 minutes. After removing from the oven, leave to cool for 10 minutes and mold release.
