Ingredients
4 courgettes
250 g minced meat veal
1/3 cup Rice
2-3 tomatoes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 bunch of dill
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
pepper

Method
Wash the courgettes and cut into two, and their interior carving. Finely chopped onion, the interior of courgettes, minced meat and rice steamed with a little sunflower oil and water. Add salt and seasoned with black pepper, dill and parsley. The resulting mixture was filled courgettes. Arrange the bottom of a wide saucepan and cover the top with slices of chopped tomatoes. Put a little water and simmer until ready.

I do them in the same way only that roast them in the oven. To boil rice should pour water at least to the level of courgettes, but stuffing will fall out of them. And if you pour a little water the rice will be cooked on top. Or so I think.
rice is pre-cooked, concoct it with the onion and the inside of the zucchini.

I did the same with the small difference that my courgettes were not like boats, but simply carved as goals (cylinders) or larger in halves. I added onions, savory and oregano in a little mixture and Paiute them in the oven. Were magnificent!
I also prepare so courgettes, but in the oven - and shred kashkavalche top. Very tasty recipe :)
peeled courgettes and bake them in a pan with oil, and in the filling added a carrot, pepper, grated tomato, red pepper, savory and cumin. Were great, I was not doing them for many years, but now are back again in our kitchen :)
