1 zucchini
1 grated carrot
1 head onion
500-600 ml milk
pikantina yl other universal spice
1 tsp paprika
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
We heated the oil in skillet. Fry the zucchini cut into cubes, onion and after change color and put shredded carrots and red pepper, fry for 2-3 minutes and immediately pour the milk, wait for it to boil (without departing from the court of course) and reduce stove to boil vegetables. They do not need a lot of time not more than 10 minutes, tampering it with other spices. Soup turns white with red light creamy, slightly odd taste, but very tasty. I have no photo yet, but most will soon get to have an idea of how it should look.
